Ingredients

  • for the pie
  • flour - 250 g
  • butter - 125 g soft
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • for the cream
  • sour cream - 200 g
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • for the jelly
  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • gelatin - 2 pcs.
  • water - 1 cup
  • lemons - for garnish

How to make

Knead a butter pastry dough and chill it for about 20 min. In a suitable pie mold, spread the dough and shape the sides.

Pierce the base with a fork /you can put a cup of beans on the bottom so that it does not rise/. Bake it and cool it.

Beat the cream with the powdered sugar into a fluffy cream. Spread it over the cooled pie.

Boil 1 cup of water. Add the sliced lemons and the sugar. Once the liquid boils, remove it from the heat.

Strain and cool it. Add the dissolved gelatin according to the instructions on the package.

Arrange the lemon slices on top of the pie and pour the jelly over it. Garnish with lemon shavings.
