How to make

Beat the margarine to foam and while stirring, add 4/5 cup (200 g) sugar, the eggs (one at a time), a little grated lemon rind and salt.

Put the sifted flour and baking powder on top. Bake in an oiled cake or pie form for 30 to 40 minutes at medium heat.

Immediately after baking the pie, poke holes with a thin stick, pour on the remaining sugar dissolved in lemon juice over the pie.

To the lemon juice, you can add some apricot juice too.
