How to make
Mix the almond flour, powdered sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. A little powdered sugar is left for rolling at the end.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer until foamy.
Then add them to the almond mixture and mix well.
In a tray on baking paper, spread olive oil and pour the prepared mixture with a spoon, forming round cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.
Once ready, the quick almond cookies are rolled in powdered sugar.
