How to make
Mix the egg whites very well with the grinded almonds, add the sugar and heat in a water bath. You must constantly stir.
Remove after the mixture becomes liquid and the sugar dissolves.
Add the flour, stir and after the mixture has cooled, transfer the cooled mixture to a pastry piping bag.
Cover a tray with baking paper and arrange the cookies at a distance from each other, since they spread during baking.
Bake in an oven at 170°C until the almond cookies become golden (for about 20 minutes).
Let them cool completely after removing them from the oven.
From the specified ingredients, 9 pieces with a diameter of about 50°F (8 cm) are obtained.
