How to make
Pick out a pork clod and cut the meat into bites. Put them in a pressure cooker. Boil and drain. Heat the oil in a large pan and put the meat in to fry until it takes on a nice tan.
Remove it and in its place, sequentially add the coarsely chopped onions, carrots, peppers, potatoes and after they soften, add the tomatoes. Return the meat to the dish and stew it for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and let it cook until everything is fully cooked.
Finally, season the kebab with vegetables with spices and add the cream, which is not mandatory. Serve the dish with a sprig of parsley.
