How to make

For the pie dough, the margarine should be melted and cooled.

Combine the egg with sugar. Add the margarine, followed by flour and baking powder. You can use a third of a teaspoon of baking soda, but remember to add lemon to it.

Put the dough in the refrigerator and wait half an hour.

Remove it from the refrigerator, roll it out, transfer it into the mold. Pull and smooth it out with your fingers, making a boarder.

Beat the egg whites and sugar into a foam and add lemon juice.

Sprinkle the crumbly pie base with starch, shake it slightly and you don't need to make a thick layer.

Distribute the peaches (chopped randomly) and raspberries.

With a spoon, distribute the meringue mixture and you can put it in small piles on top of the fruit.

Place the peach pie in the oven for 35 minutes.
