How to make
Wash the meat and place it in a pressure cooker with water (as much as it would take to cover the meat). Close the lid and cook for half an hour. Turn it off, remove the meat and set the broth aside.
Wash and dice the onions, peppers, carrots and potatoes.
Pour some oil into another pot and stew all the vegetables.
Add the broth, the spices, meat, noodles and boil until it is fully cooked.
Make a thickener by adding flour, yolk and yogurt in a bowl. Stir with wire whisk.
Add a small amount of broth until the temperatures become the same.
Pour the thickener in the beef soup.
Place it back onto the stove and wait for it to boil. Turn it off and remove it from the stove.
Sprinkle the cooked Turkish beef soup with fresh parsley.
