How to make
The avocado should be soft and well-ripened. It is cut into two halves.
The stone is removed and the soft part is scooped out with the help of a spoon.
Place the avocado pieces in a blender and add the date syrup.
Blend until smooth and add the remaining ingredients such as hazelnut tahini and cocoa.
If you prefer it sweeter and more caloric, you can add more of the date syrup.
Blend the mixture very well until a smooth chocolate spread is obtained.
The vegan chocolate spread is placed in a glass jar closed with a lid and placed in the refrigerator for several hours.
The vegan chocolate spread with avocado is ready to eat directly or to be spread on pancakes, bread or something else.
