How to make
The cream is poured into a small pot. Add sugar and vanilla. Warm them up.
Gelatin is poured into a bowl of cold water for a minimum of 5 minutes.
When the cream boils, it is removed from the heat. The swollen gelatin is added to it.
Stir until it has dissolved, then strain.
The mixture is divided into bowls and the delicious panna cotta is left in the refrigerator for several hours.
If desired, the panna cotta can be turned over on a plate, but before doing that, dip the bowls in warm water for a few seconds.
I chose to leave them in the bowls.
The creamy panna cotta is garnished with the blueberry jam.
