How to make
For this improvised Garash cake, break the biscuits into small pieces in a suitable container, add 50 g of the walnuts, mix and set aside.
Put the sugar and cocoa in another bowl and gently stir them to mix.
Put the milk and butter in another pot on the stove until the butter melts and remove from the stove.
Then add it to the sugar and cocoa and mix well with a spoon. Pour the resulting mixture into the crushed biscuits, mix well until the biscuits absorb the mixture completely.
Prepare the cake tin with baking paper.
Pour the biscuit mixture there and press and smooth it out on top. Leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Once it has already cooled, take it out of the refrigerator and prepare the chocolate glaze. Put 200 ml of liquid cream in a saucepan and the 3 chocolates over low heat until the chocolates have melted and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Once it is ready, pour all the contents on the cake in the cake tin and put it back in the fridge for 2 hours.
Prepare strips of paper for the decoration or foil, cut to the shape of your choice.
After the glaze has cooled, release the biscuit cake from the ring, put the strips and sprinkle the remaining walnuts, or coconut shaving or grated chocolate.
The Garash Cake with Biscuits is unique for any occasion or no occasion.
