How to make
Whisk the eggs on low heat with the sugar until thickened. Successively add the flour, grated walnuts, cocoa, coffee and grated lemon rind.
Continue stirring, to prevent granules from forming. Pour the dough in a buttered baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven.
Once the layer cools, cut it into 2 parts and coat with the cocoa cream. Top with the chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
