"A wonderful cake with aromatic apples and ground oats"

Ingredients

  • oats - 2 cups fine
  • apples - 3 pcs.
  • honey - 5 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp.
  • yogurt - 200 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • butter - 50 g + 1 tbsp. for greasing the baking pan
  • flour - for sprinkling the baking pan
  • walnuts - 100 g

How to make

Soften the honey. We need 5 tablespoons of honey. Grind the walnuts with a nut grinder.

Measure 2 cups of oats and put them in a blender to grind finely.

Add the butter, eggs, baking powder, honey, yogurt, and cinnamon. Mix everything in the blender until a homogeneous mixture.

Cut the peeled apples into small cubes - 2 and 1/2 apples.

Grease a baking pan with butter and flour it. Pour the mixture.

On top, distribute 1/2 apple cut and peeled into cubes. Sprinkle with the walnuts.

Bake the apple cake in an oven heated to 180°C until fully baked.

When the cake is ready, cut it into triangles and serve it.
