  • apples - 1 cup, grated

  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • flour - 3/4 cup (105 g)

How to make

Grate the carrots and the peeled apples, mix them.

In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar, add the mixed apples with the carrots, cocoa, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda dissolved in a few drops of vinegar.

Sift the flour, add 1 pinch of salt and add them to the mixture, stir and pour the mixture into a small baking tray lined with baking paper.
