  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • fresh yeast - 10 - 12 g

How to make

When we make homemade cheese or yellow cheese, a liquid called whey is released when they are strained. It is great for making magical tasting breads.

To make this white bread with whey, sift the flour into a bowl and make a well. Pour the dairy product, sugar and crush the yeast into it. Stir to dissolve.

Add the oil and salt, on the sides around the well so that it does not come into direct contact with the yeast.

Knead a smooth and elastic dough. It should be soft, fluffy and pleasant.

Form a round loaf and place it in a baking pan with a diameter of 20-22 cm. Sprinkle with flour and make a few slits on the surface with a sharp knife.

Let the bread rise for about an hour in a warm room. It is desirable to cover it with a towel or foil, but so that it does not rest on the dough. There should be space.

Bake the delicious bread in an oven heated to 190°C for 35 minutes or until golden.
