"Here is how to make chicken from the freezer, it goes great with Brussels sprouts"

Ingredients

  • chicken - about 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • lemons - the juice of 1 lemon
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • chicken broth - 4/5 cup (200 ml) or water
  • brussels sprouts - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

The chicken is cleaned and washed if needed, it is salted, sprinkled with black pepper and lemon juice and left to flavor for about 2 hours.

Then melt half of the butter in a pan and add the Brussels sprouts. Season with black pepper and salt and then add finely chopped parsley.

Then stuff the chicken with the Brussels sprout stuffing, if there are any left over don't worry, arrange them in the baking pan around the chicken. Pour the wine, broth and remaining butter over the chicken.
