How to make
Spread out the puff pastry in a tray onto baking paper, by making a border on the side.
Bake for 15 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
Arrange the crumbled white cheese, spring onions, smoked bacon, processed cheese, corn and grated yellow cheese in sequence.
Pour the eggs + sour cream (beaten) over the products and the quiche is baked again at 360°F (180°C) until done.
The puff pastry quiche is very tasty.
