How to make
Add washed rice to the cold milk.
Put the pot on a moderate heat and when the milk boils, reduce the heat.
Cook the rice until done. If you think it is raw, you can pour a cup of warm water. Remove the pot from the heat.
Flavor with sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Add a handful of chopped walnuts.
Mix all the products well.
Grease the bottom and sides of a 8.7″ (22 cm) mold with a detachable ring with butter.
Arrange the candied fruit on the bottom. Pour the rice pudding.
Smooth it out and store the mold in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Turn the cooled rice pudding and candied fruit dessert onto a suitable plate!
