How to make
Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the egg and flour with the baking powder. Finally, add the fruit. Knead a soft and smooth dough.
Shape it into a roll and wrap it in foil. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Take it out and cut it into 0.4″ (1 cm) thick pieces.
Place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake them at 360°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes.
Take out the biscuits and leave them to cool.
The biscuits with candied fruit are ready.
