  • yolk - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • milk - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • water - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • nescafe - 2 - 3 tsp.
  • cream - 1 tbsp. whipped

How to make

Mix the yolk, sugar and condensed milk and heat them for 1 1/2 minutes at 180 W.

During heating and at the end, the mixture is stirred well.

Mix the water and coffee and heat it for 2 1/2 minutes at 600 W.

Add the egg mixture to the hot coffee.

Garnish with whipped cream if you like.
