How to make
Melt the chocolate and sugar together in a water bath, taking care not to burn them. Slowly pour the hot water into them, while beating constantly with a whisk and boil for 3 minutes while stirring.
Add this to the mixture of coffee and cream, then stir again. Finally, add the liqueurs after removing them from the heat.
Distribute the drink into 4 cups and sprinkle each with a mixture of natural cocoa and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
