Ingredients

  • coffee - 4/5 cup (200 ml) of brewed schwarz or espresso
  • cocoa - 1 tsp. natural cocoa, with tip
  • cloves - 1 clove
  • black pepper - 1 grain
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp. or by taste
  • milk - 1/5 cup (60 ml) full fat
  • whipped cream - 1 tbsp. (optional)

How to make

Brew the coffee, pour it into a suitable larger glass and mix with the sugar and cocoa.

Boil 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of water and steep the cinnamon in advance along with the lightly crushed cloves and black pepper, then add it to the coffee through a strainer.

Add milk and if desired, serve with 1 tbsp. of whipped cream.
