"Prepare an easy biscuit terrine today"

Ingredients

  • biscuits - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • yogurt - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • sour cream - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • blackcurrant jam - 4 tbsp.
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, sour cream, powdered sugar and add the gelatin. Mix until homogeneous.

Line the oblong tin with cling film, leaving the edges hanging down. Dip each biscuit in warm milk.

Pour some of the dairy cream, arrange a row of biscuits, more cream, biscuits, blackcurrant jam, cream and finish off with biscuits.

Leave the easy biscuit terrine to set for about two hours.

Carefully invert the terrine using a plate.

Remove the foil.

Garnish with fresh strawberries.
