Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • cream cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • smoked processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • yellow cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • red onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • butter - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Peel the mushrooms and remove their stumps.

Finely chop a small head of red onion, a clove of garlic and the mushroom stumps.

Cut the smoked cheese into small cubes.

Prepare the stuffing for the stuffed mushrooms by stewing the onion, garlic and chopped mushroom stumps in heated butter mixed with a little oil.

As soon as the onion softens, remove the pan from the heat and add the cream cheese, processed cheese, salt, black pepper and thyme.

Stir and fill the mushrooms with this mixture.

Place a piece of cheese on top of the stuffing and arrange the mushrooms with cheese in a greased baking pan.

Put the stuffed mushrooms to bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, until they are fully baked.

The Keto Stuffed Mushrooms are served with keto salad or keto spread.
