The recipe for stuffed mushrooms with cheddar is very easy and quick to prepare. Start by washing the mushrooms and separating the stumps from the caps.
Arrange them in a large baking pan, which is greased with a little oil on the bottom. This is done, so that the butter doesn't burn.
You can boil the stumps for a mushroom sauce, but you can also add them into the baking pan with the mushrooms.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on each of the mushrooms. Put a piece of butter in each.
Bake them for 30 minutes, then put a piece of cheddar cheese in each mushroom.
