How to make
Clean and wash the mushrooms. Remove their stumps and cut them into small pieces. Arrange the mushrooms in a greased baking pan.
Boil the quinoa. Put a little butter in a pan, add the chopped stumps and finely chopped garlic.
Add the cooked quinoa when the mushrooms are ready and stir. Add as much salt, savory herb and turmeric as you like. Stir everything well. Remove the pan from the heat.
Fill the mushrooms with the prepared mixture and put a piece of yellow cheese on top. Bake them in a preheated oven until they're done.
