  • pork leg - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g) peeled and chopped
  • onion - 2 onions
  • mixed herbs and salt - 1 tsp.

  • water - 1 cup

How to make

Cut the pork leg into pieces and put it in a suitable deep pan with a lid.

Add all the water, cover the pan and set the hob to medium heat. The meat is boiled and stewed, so it becomes tender and juicy.
