How to make
Fry the pork leg and onion in olive oil.
Add salt and black pepper. When the onion softens, transfer the meat and onion into a bowl.
Cut the potato, fry it and season with salt.
Spread the tortillas with tartar sauce, chili sauce and cream.
Then add the meat and potatoes and then the feta. Cut the vegetables and put them in the tortilla as well.
Roll it up and repeat with the remaining three tortillas with pork leg.
