Ingredients

  • new potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • parmesan - 3.5 oz (100 g) hard
  • cheddar - 3.5 oz (100 g) hard
  • thyme - a few sprigs (fresh)
  • salt - to taste
  • paprika - 2 tsp.
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • savory herb - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • dill - 1 bunch (fresh)
  • oil - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)

How to make

In a deep pot, put half of water, a little oil and 1 tsp. baking soda.

It is added to extract the starch from the potatoes and make them crispy when baked. Let it boil.

During this time, the potatoes are peeled and cut into equal sized cubes.

When the water boils, the potatoes are added and be careful not to overcook them.

Once ready, strain and transfer them into a tray. Add the spices, grate a little of both types of cheese, add the butter and mix everything well.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 30-40 minutes, by stirring the appetizing baked potatoes occasionally.

Finally, they are sprinkled with finely chopped fresh dill.
