Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • parmesan - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • smoked paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp.
  • thyme - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Peel the potatoes, but if they are fresh, don't peel them and clean them well under running water.

Cut the potatoes into medium-thin strips, like french fries.

Prepare a wide flat baking pan, lined with baking paper.

Dry the potatoes and place them in the baking pan. Sprinkle them with the breadcrumbs, spices and grated Parmesan cheese.
