Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • grated parmesan - 1 oz (30 g)
  • butter - a lump
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • curry - a pinch
  • garlic powder - a pinch
  • onion powder - a pinch

How to make

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Put a pot of water on the stove and wait for it to boil. Add the salt and potatoes.

Cook the potatoes over low heat for about 4-5 minutes. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl.

Immediately add the butter, parmesan and all of the spices. Stir gently.

Pour the potatoes into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until they aquire a nice, golden brown color. Take them out and serve them.

The boiled and baked potatoes with parmesan are ready.
