Ingredients

  • potatoes - 6
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
  • green onions - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • rosemary - 1/2 tsp, finely chopped
  • garlic - 1/2 tsp, powdered
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - if desired

How to make

Clean the potatoes and cut them into quarters, wash and dry them. Mix the breadcrumbs with the spices.

Coat the potatoes with olive oil and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Place them in a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C), for approximately 40 minutes.
