How to make
Peel the potatoes and season them with salt, black pepper and a little of the fat.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) under foil, until they are fully cooked.
Meanwhile, cook the bacon on a grill pan and leave it to cool slightly.
When the potatoes are done, wrap each potato in crispy bacon and arrange the tapas on a suitable plate!
