Ingredients

  • rabbit - 1 pc.
  • rice - 2 cups
  • carrots - 3 pcs
  • field mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • bacon - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 3 onions
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • mustard - 3 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

The rabbit is cut down the middle lengthwise. It is washed and cleaned. The olive oil is mixed with soy sauce and mustard. Season with salt, black pepper and paprika. Coat the entire rabbit inside and out with this mixture.

The bacon is cut into strips and wrapped around the rabbit.

The onion is fried in the oil. Add the chopped carrots and mushrooms. After everything is fried, add the rice. Fry all the products and add a little water.

Leave them to simmer and remove the pan from the heat. Season with salt and black pepper. Turmeric can be added if desired.

Fill the rabbit with this rice stuffing and whatever is left, distribute it in the tray.
