How to make
The minced meat is seasoned with black pepper, salt, cumin, finely chopped parsley, beer, finely chopped onions, garlic and hot pepper. Leave it for at least 30 minutes.
The peppers are washed and without removing the stems, they are cut on one side, so that something like a claw is obtained.
Stuff the minced meat through the resulting hole, wrap each pepper with two slices of bacon and stick toothpicks on the sides to prevent the bacon from coming off.
The grill is preheated, greased with olive oil or oil, the stuffed peppers are also greased and grilled, until they're done on both sides. They are served in a platter of five and garnished with cherry tomatoes.
