How to make
Take the slices of bread and remove the crusts. Place them between two layers of plastic bags or cling film. Roll them out with a rolling pin carefully, until they become thin.
Spread the bread with processed cheese, sprinkle the crumbled white cheese on top.
Roll them up into cigars and place them in a tray lined with baking paper
Dip the croquettes in a mixture of salt and eggs. Place them back into the tray. Spread them lightly with olive oil.
Bake the bread croquettes until done at 390°F (200°C).
Serve the wonderful bread croquettes with yogurt-mayonnaise sauce.
