  • macaroni - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • gouda cheese - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • blue cheese - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • emmental - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • feta - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • spices - oregano, black pepper, turmeric, dry parsley

How to make

Cook the macaroni in boiling water according to the instructions on the package.

In a bowl, beat the raw egg, butter and coarsely grated cheeses. Add the spices.

Put them in a baking pan and bake the macaroni in the oven on high heat for about seven minutes.
