How to make
Heat the oven to 180°C and put baking paper on the bottom of a tray.
In a small bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - flour, salt and baking powder. In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar together well, then add the dry ingredients, vanilla and sesame tahini and mix well.
Make small balls from the mixture or use an ice cream scoop to scoop out balls.
Distribute the balls in the tray with some space between them, press them down with a fork and put one hazelnut in the middle.
Bake the delicious cookies for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, then remove and place them onto a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
Instead of hazelnuts, you can use almonds or other nuts and you can also sprinkle the hazelnut and tahini cookies with sesame seeds.
