Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • pine nuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dried tomatoes - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • parsley - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • ground turkey - 9 oz (250 g)
  • leeks - 1 stalk
  • basil - 1 cup
  • paprika - 1 tbsp. ground
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  • coconut milk - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml)
  • water - 10 fl oz (300 ml)

How to make

Start the spaghetti with minced meat recipe by stewing the leeks in olive oil.

When the leeks are soft, add the peeled and diced tomatoes. Stew the vegetables, then add the finely chopped garlic.

Leave them to simmer for a few minutes, add the paprika, stir, then add the finely chopped parsley, finely chopped basil, pine nuts, dried tomatoes, salt and black pepper.

Mix everything, then add the minced meat. Let it simmer for ten minutes, pour the coconut milk and add the water after a few minutes. Let it simmer.

Cook the spaghetti while the sauce is simmering. Strain the spaghetti, grate the cheese on a coarse grater directly over it, mix and add to the pasta sauce.

Stew the spaghetti in the sauce briefly, maybe a minute or two.

The spaghetti with pine nuts and minced turkey are ready!
