How to make
Mash the boiled potatoes finely with a fork. The grated onion is added, the eggs are beaten separately and a small part of them is saved for spreading on top.
Add the rest of the products, finely chopped and season with the spices. Mix well.
Using a spoon, shape schnitzels onto baking paper.
Spread the separated egg on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until golden brown.
Serve the potato schnitzels with a suitable salad or with yogurt sauce.
