How to make
In a bowl, mix the strained boiled beans, sliced or diced tomatoes, chopped red onion and olives.
Mix well and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Cover the bottom of the salad plate with the prepared salad mix.
Spread the seasoned mixture of beans and vegetables on top of them.
The tofu is cut into pieces and lightly baked in an oven. Then it is placed on top of the bean salad.
Prepare a dressing of olive oil and lemon juice, which you can pour over the white bean and tofu salad immediately before serving.
