Ingredients

  • chicken hearts - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onion - 4 - 5 onions
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • carrot - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 3 - 4 pcs. (or tomato puree)
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf

How to make

We stew the finely chopped onion, garlic and carrot in butter and a little oil until soft.

We put the chicken hearts and continue stewing until they remain in fat.

Add the tomatoes (if they are fresh, grate them), about a glass of water, the spices and let the stew boil for 15-20 minutes on low heat, by stirring occasionally.
