How to make
We stew the finely chopped onion, garlic and carrot in butter and a little oil until soft.
We put the chicken hearts and continue stewing until they remain in fat.
Add the tomatoes (if they are fresh, grate them), about a glass of water, the spices and let the stew boil for 15-20 minutes on low heat, by stirring occasionally.
The chicken hearts stew is ready.
