"Pilaf, which until recently you could try only in Turkey, you can now prepare it yourself with this tried and tested recipe"

Ingredients

  • long grain rice - 1 cup
  • fine noodles - 1 handful
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • chicken broth - 3 cups
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • salt - to taste
measures

How to make

Wash the rice several times to wash away the starch.

Fry the butter in a deep pot and add the noodles. Fry the noodles until golden. Then add the rice and mix.

Add 2 cups of chicken broth and add salt and black pepper to taste.

Pour the rice into a baking pan and add another cup of the broth and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until done.

When the pilaf is ready, cover it with a cotton cloth.

The Turkish Pilaf Recipe is very successful.
