Ingredients

  • onion - 1 onion or leek
  • hot peppers - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • bulgur - 1 cup
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • water - 2 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Heat both types of fat in a saucepan. Peel, wash and cut the onion/leek into small pieces and the hot peppers into rings. Put them in the fat and fry them well.

Cut the tomato into cubes. Add it as well. Wait for the water to evaporate slightly and add the washed bulgur. Fry briefly.

Heat two teacups of water. Pour them over the bulgur. Add the spices and mix.

Reduce the heat to low and wait for the water to boil.
