How to make
It's an original Turkish recipe, I've been making it for a long time and everyone likes it.
First, cut the onion into small pieces, put oil in a non-stick pan or pot and start to stew the onion and after it is stewed, add the bulgur and stir some more.
After a minute or two, add the tomato puree and stir again for a minute, then add the chopped tomatoes and the finely chopped garlic. And after everything is mixed, add three water glasses of hot water and wait a bit for it to absorb the water and add salt and black pepper.
Then add the spices, turn off the heat and prepare three or four napkins and place them under the lid of the pot and cover with a towel. Let it swell for about an hour. After this time has passed, open the lid of the pilaf slightly, remove the napkins that are soaked in the steam and stir the pilaf with bulgur.
Fill a small bowl and turn the pilaf with bulgur onto the plate and serve it with parsley.
