How to make
Wash the rice several times to wash away the starch.
Fry the butter in a deep pot and add the noodles. Fry the noodles until golden. Then add the rice and mix.
Add 2 cups of chicken broth and add salt and black pepper to taste.
Pour the rice into a baking pan and add another cup of the broth and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until done.
When the pilaf is ready, cover it with a cotton cloth.
