How to make
The yeast is crushed in the slightly warmed water. Add the spoonful of sugar and mix.
After the mixture activates - about 10 minutes, pour the kefir into it, add the salt and sift the flour.
Knead a smooth elastic dough, by adding flour a little at a time, until it stops sticking to the fingers. Knead on a lightly floured or greased surface.
The finished dough is left in the bowl, having previously been greased so that a crust does not form.
It rises for 1 hour and then is shaped into an oblong loaf which is placed in a rectangular mold covered with baking paper or greased - capacity 1.5 L.
The white bread is left to rise again for about 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
After removing it from the oven, let it cool on a wire rack.
