How to make
In a water bath melt the chocolate and butter, then add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Beat the eggs, add sifted flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Add the vanilla and cognac. Mix the products well and add them to the chocolate.
Knead the dough and cover the bowl with cling film.
Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Take out the dough and shape walnut-sized balls, roll them out slightly and roll them in powdered sugar.
Arrange the future crinkle cookies in a tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
These chocolate crinkle cookies are suitable for any occasion or no occasion.
