How to make
Melt the chocolate along with the butter in a water bath and set it aside.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt and in a thin stream add the chocolate mixture, while beating the mixture constantly. Then add the cocoa.
Sift the flour with the baking powder into the mixture and mix until it's smooth.
Cover the dish with cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours to harden.
From the chocolate dough for the crinkle cookies, form balls with greased hands. Make them slightly larger than a hazelnut. Roll each one in powdered sugar and arrange them at a distance in a tray lined with baking paper.
It will probably take 2-3 times to bake all of the chocolate cookies in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven and each batch stays in for 10-12 minutes.
Enjoy these lovely crinkle cookies!
