How to make
Add the sugar to the softened butter and beat them with a mixer until you have a smooth mixture. Add the egg and continue to beat until it is well absorbed by the buttery cream. Pour the liqueur.
In a bowl, sift the flour with a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Add it to the buttery mixture and mix everything well. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Tear the cooled dough into pieces, which are about 0.42 oz (12 g) and form equal balls.
Roll them first in the crystal sugar, then in the powdered sugar. Arrange the balls in a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the crinkle cookies at 360°F (180 degrees) in a static oven for about 10-12 minutes. Leave the cookies to cool down on a wire rack.
